• Application shall mean Music Player
• User shall mean the person using the Application
• Storage shall mean your SD card/External Storage and Internal Storage of your device

 

Application Needs Permissions:

1. Storage: Application need access to your device storage in order to add the audio files in the playlist available in the Application (Though, we do not collect any data). The Application allows you to edit the info of the audio files such as the name of the audio file, details of the artist, and album. You can also delete unwanted files using the Application. Therefore, storage permission is needed.
2. Internet: We are continuously trying to let our users have the best experience while using our Application. We invest a considerable amount of time fixing errors and improving the functionalities of the Applications. Whenever we add a new feature or fix an error, we intimate our users about the updates. Application also needs internet connections for serving Ads.
3. Access Network States: Verify device internet connectivity.
4. Manage Settings: This permission is used in settings, in order to switch or set Ringtone.
5. Wake Lock: Keep device awake during the playback. Necessary to let the music keep playing when the screen is turned off.

 

How We Collect Your Information?

1. ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​Collect None of Your Personal Information: We do not collect any Personal Information from you when you download our applications. We do not collect personal information. “Personal Information” is information that identifies a person, such as your name, physical address, email id, telephone, fax, SSN information stored in your device.
2. Non-Personal Information Collected: We may collect Non-Personal Information about users whenever they interact with our apps. Non-Personal Information may include the information about your devices, and technical information about users means of connection to our apps, such as the versions of phone model and other similar information.

 

Log Data:

We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error or crash in the app we collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics. This Log Data helps us improve our products and services for all users.

However, disabling the cookies may lead to the Application not functioning properly.

We are very concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. We do not collect Personal Information, and we employ administrative, physical and electronic measures designed to protect your Non-Personal Information from unauthorized access and use. Please be aware that no security measures that we take to protect your information is absolutely guaranteed to avoid unauthorized access or use of your Non-Personal Information which is impenetrable.

 

Children’s Privacy:

These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. I do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case I discover that a child under 13 has provided me with personal information, I immediately delete this from our servers.
